Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms had air conditioning but lacked remote controls, and being located right outside a bar impacted the noise level. The bed was smaller than advertised, and the shower definitely needed updating. However, the service was top-notch with friendly and helpful staff. The location was convenient, close to major attractions and the train station, although the dining was below expectations. Overall, a decent stay with some ups and downs.
I stayed at this hotel during my trip to Florence. The hotel is perfectly located for exploring the city and is just a short stroll from the train station. The room had a noisy location at the front of the property, but I enjoyed a lovely balcony overlooking Florence. Although the room needed some upgrades to match the online photos, I found the hotel more in line with a 1 or 2-star rating.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. While the rooms were better than expected with amenities like minibar, TV, and a hairdryer, the overall feel was more like a 1 or 2-star hotel. However, the service provided, especially helping us with a hospital visit late at night, was exceptional despite some minor language barriers. The location was convenient for train travelers being just a short walk away from the station but lacked some basic facilities, like hot dishes in the dining area.
